Riviera to showcase a grand line up of luxury cruisers at Docklands

Australia’s largest luxury boatbuilder Riviera, will showcase a grand line up of luxury cruisers at the Melbourne International Boat & Lifestyle Festival which runs from 05 to 07 February at Melbourne’s Docklands.

Among the line up of 11 luxury vessels that R Marine Jacksons Vic, Riviera’s Victorian dealer, will have on display, will be the updated 3600 Sport Yacht, series 11 and the Riviera 47, series 11, fully enclosed flybridge. Both of these long anticipated models have never before been displayed in Victoria.

The European- style Riviera 3600 Sport Yacht has undergone a major revision with the introduction of Volvo Penta IPS propulsion, giving Riviera designers an opportunity to revisit and redesign the accomodation space aboard the boat. Internally the major change is the full beam master aft cabin and externally the most strikling change is the bonded glass windows either side of the hull that add natural light to the aft cabin.

This Two cabin one bathroom cruiser, with single level living space, exudes style and offers the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living and now with the revolutionary Volvo Penta IPS joystick docking control, offers easy handling and manouvering in even the tightest situations.

The Riviera 47 flybridge series 11, fully enclosed has also recently been updated adding a new dimension to this popular model designed for extended cruising. The solid GRP three sided enclosed flybridge has sliding windows and airconditioning offering greater comfort for skipper and guests even in heavy weather.

The 47 series 11, originally launched in 2005, features an underwater exhaust and a highly efficient underwater profile designed by world renowned naval architect Frank Mulder. Internally the boat features luxurious leather lounges, a large dinette and gourmet galley complete with dual burner cooktop, convection microwave separate fridge and freezer and a stainless steel sink. Accomodation includes three cabins and two bathrooms.
