Parks Victoria has issued a Notice to Mariners for general information regarding the installation of underwater monitoring equipment.
Date: On or about 7 August 2008
Details: Mariners are advised of the installation of underwater monitoring equipment attached to star pickets at three locations for the purpose of monitoring as part of the channel deepening project.
The monitoring equipment will be marked by existing special mark buoys and lit with characteristics FI. Y 2s, conical in shape and positioned at approximate locations:
